Avalon Subscription; alternative to Sponsorship.
Sponsorships are FREE to play, while subscriptions are independently charged.
All memberships include access under your character name on our forum site, "The Meeting Place", see HELP MEETPLACE for more details.
NOTE: look over HELP SPONSORSHIP and HELP SUBSCRIPTION first so you know how to play Avalon for free or via subscription as the two choices open to all players!
Sponsorship is available for all Avalon players and is the most common route for character development but additionally there are numerous game-supporting subscription types available. Sponsorship and subscription work in monthly time periods, the latter billing automatically each month onto your chosen card; a recurring mandate you can cancel at ANY time through the UNSUBSCRIBE command or by notifying the game administration by e-mail: accounts@avalonpublications.com
Every Avalon sponsorship or subscription is 'all-inclusive'. This means you do NOT need to "pay" a cent more to buy the best equipment or progress to the highest levels. There are NO limitations nor purchased in-game advantages available to render your character greater than the next over the course of its Avalon life. It is one of the founding precepts of Avalon and makes it a rare and uniquely challenging gaming environment.
Sponsorships are of course FREE of charge and cities/guilds tend to give between one and three months as a trial period before commiting to longer term support. See HELP SPONSORSHIP for detailed info. Subscriptions to Avalon (should you choose that route) are independent and detailed in CHARGES. Both subscription and sponsorship give full access to all facets of Avalon character development.
All Avalon characters should create an account with our sister forum site The Meeting Place" where you will immediately be given access to private forums, sections and libraries depending on your city and guild and - if you have one - divine patron. Check out HELP MEETPLACE for further details.
