Potion mixing requires "essence" commodity as the primary source component and this essence - being an enchanted substance sometimes gas, sometimes liquid, sometimes dense enough to be solid - needs to be stored and/or carried around in special alchemical containers: the vat or barrel. Large amounts of elixir-essence is kept distilled in the "gigantic vat" typically found in guildhouses of the Loremaster profession. The giant vats are used to fill portable barrels and the latter gets depleted whenever you MIX a potion.
Syntax: FILL VAT### WITH ESSENCE.
Make sure you have essence commodity about your person or in the location and issue this FILL command to transport it into the gigantic vat. It is wise to specify the vat's unique number (i..e. from INFO HERE) so you do not fill the wrong container.
Syntax: FILL BARREL### FROM VAT###.
Fills the portable barrel you specify with elixir-essence distilled and ready for the MIX command, using the designated vat. It is wise to specify the unique item numbers in both cases (i..e. from INFO HERE and INFO INVENTORY BARREL) so you ensure essence is passed to and from the correct containers.
