All cities, and indeed many of the towns with active player population, have their own citizen helpsystem. This is separated from the Avalon helpsystem insofar as the latter is public, available to all, and written to form a comprehensive guide to playing Avalon; whereas the citizen help system is penned primarily by players fortunate enough to have risen to the highest possible rank within their home city (e..g. the Prince or the Barons or the Public Relations Minister). The citizen helpsystem is an ever-evolving repository not only of info about your city and its guilds but also often histories of great events, written at the time of their occurrence, for future generations to appreciate.
Type CHELP or CH on its own for an index of your own city's citizen helpfiles, and then CH followed by any of the key-words listed to peruse the specific file at your leisure.
You should not confuse the citizen helpsystem, which will contain info useful for young and old alike, with the CITYHELP command and information. The CITYHELP command points the way to syntax and usage info for members of the government and the ministries. It is not typically of interest to the novice. See HELP CITYHELP for more details.
