The river Silverlight runs north from the Callieton and Leithe towards the Northwood forest. On the Silverlight was, in earlier times, the site of the first settlements of Springtown. In later ages under the guidance of Andromeda, the goddess of dreams, Springtown grew to city status and was renamed Springdale. Springdale was eventually sacked by the Thakrian hordes in the late 12th century aDW and from its ashes, built across the Silverlight itself and encompassing its most northerly waterfall, the city of Silverfalls was born.
