The Gemquest for the Opal of Compassion will he held on Sunday October 11th at 2pm EST.
This is a peaceful quest that tests your knowledge of Avalon geography through three series of races with five heats in each series. He who gains the most points wins the Opal. Any form of fighting or aggression will result in disqualification. The god of compassion as the final say on all race outcomes.
The first series will be straight point to point races with the top 20 proceeding to the second round. 20, 10 and 5 points are given to the first, second and third place winners respectively of each race.
The second series of races will from item to item with the top 10 proceeding to the third round. 75, 50 and 25 points are given to the first, second and third place winners respectively of each race.
The third series of races will from description to description with the top 5 proceeding to the final round. 200, 150 and 100 points are given to the first, second and third place winners respectively of each race.
If a tie breaker is necessary, we proceed to a special race of my choosing. 300, 250 and 200 points are given to the first, second and third place winners respectively.
