There are fifteen divine gems, each of which offering great power to the person lucky and skillful enough to earn them. A divine gem's gift is bestowed upon the person who throws it into the pool atop the Rock Pinnacle.
SAPPHIRE: Thrice-crowned Constitution and Half-Equilibrium are inate as the gift of Wisdom plus Constancy of Mind and Perception.
DIAMOND: You have the gift of eternal mana from the diamond of Magic with the powers of the Inner Healing and the full spectrum of Sensory Perceptions.
TOPAZ: You have the gift of the Chaos Realm: ropeless yank, swoop and launch plus the agitating and violent Weather Forms.
MOONSTONE: By the grace of the Justice Realm, you can use the extra sensory lore of the Moonstone and possess Silmarillion Arcana powers and the Battle Sensing Trinity.
CORNELIAN: You have the gift of the Cornelian powers: the Forms of Evil, Vampirism and Hypnotic Command.
PEARL: Fatalism and all the powers of the Voodoo Firmament.
EBONY: You have the gift of the Night Wing and Night Form from the ebony of Night Realm and can manifest in all spheres and planes of the mortal realm.
MALACHITE: You can enter the Sphere Realm and enjoy Telepathy and Projection Senses by the grace of the Fate Realm.
RUBY: You have the gift of Martial Artistry and Mindsets from the ruby of War.
OPAL: From the opal of Compassion, you have the Compassionate Touch and full affinity with the Birds and the Beasts.
ONYX: You have the gift of "Metamorphosis" - a plethora of non-human forms by dint of the Onyx of the Forest Realm.
AMBER: The Realm of Light has given you the Amber Powers: Light-Form, Dazzling, Light Sapience, Effulgence and Luminescence.
CORAL: By the gift of the Sea Realm, the powers of Water Elementalism and impersonal Water Forms are entirely at your disposal.
EMERALD: Deathlessness and Sapience Lux from the Life Realm- all-crowned all-perfect skills across the Avalonian professional spectrum.
AMETHYST: Time Realm gifts the eternal soul of a God and a realm of one's own.

The fourteen gems above bestow power on their winners as potential but need to be activated each Avalon New Year to make the powers manifest. It is only possible to activate one Gem for the year so winners of more than one are forced to select the powers they want to inherit 'til the end of the Avalon year (two weeks "real world" long). Many Gem Quests disallow gem powers for the duration of the contest, be warned.
There is one more gem: the amethyst of Time...
The Amethyst bestows nothing that can be held save for a moment and is almost immediately surrendered by its winner for it is the Final Gem of the Fifteen and is only won, after all others are claimed and contended and eliminated, by the winner of the epic Ordination Quest (see HELP AMETHYST and HELP ORDINATION).
And the gift of the Amethyst Gem?
The most remarkable apotheosis in all Avalon: the right to become a God.
