HELP TERRAIN has been updated to reflect the following: when marching
your legions about the land you may encounter foreign forts, perhaps
constructed by foreign villages (for instance). Typically when raised
these will blockade but if you have OCCUPIED or CONQUERED the local
town/village, the dominant city's legions will be able to pass
through town/village forts (raised or otherwise). Keep an eye on
marching speed, however, as fortifications slow movement when passing
through their localepoints - even when affording passage to friends
and conquerors.
