It is now possible to allocate gold to a monthly legion budget, to

augment their training - to quickly attain higher skill development.

The command is LEGION BUDGET and HELP LEGION has been updated to document

this new skil. You'll find it available for both city and guild

legions, and its use is documented in BATTLEACTIONS and the guild

battle/military activity logs. Presently it is only possible to

budget for the increase of one skill per Avalon month, up to 10%

maximum. This is also a costly business but you'll notice from the

command syntax it's easy to find out how much an advancement will

cost before you do it using LEGION BUDGET <legion> <skill> on its own.
