Initially various 'stats' on legions and warfare were set down to minimum
or 'free of charge' and now the time has come for some of these to
start to find their long-term levels. So: cost for legion upkeep has
been increased across the board, as befits the choice of having large
standing armies. Arrows were 'infinitely available' and there was some
cheating with their production. As a consequence, virtually all the
arrows in the land have been wiped. A terrible case of poor quality
merchandise I'm afraid. I blame the Rangers!
