The weekends of Jan 17th/18th, Jan 24th/25th and finally Jan 31st/Feb 1st

will be warfare weekends. Largescale test battlefields to which all are

invited to partake - bringing your legions into combat with ALL losses

of men and equipment fully restored at the end. The perfect opportunity

to become familiar with the system, to dispell any concerns about the

complexity (you're going to find it a lot simpler to wage war than

you expect) and get invaluable battlefield experience.

The first warfare weekend will begin at around 9pm on Saturday January

17th by the Avalon clock. Those who want to be involved - it'd be useful

if you let me know beforehand which legions you intend to command. I will

also be providing various extra equipment for folks to experience

firsthand (e.g. catapults, archers, cavalry). Sunday at about the

same time will be a second full warfare test. More details can be found

on the public forum.
