Syntax: OOM <text> or OOM WHO and OOM USERS.

Use OOM followed by what you wish to say, to speak to those with access to your military channel and OOM WHO to see those online able to 'hear' and 'use' the channel, with OOM USERS to review a full list of everyone with potential to use the channel, whether in Avalon or not.

There is a calling channel available for communication you wish to remain private, solely between your city's military command: the City Patron, Field Marshall, Generals and those with Colonel rank. It does not include Aides to the Field Marshall or, by default, any of the Ministers or Barons unless they have been specifically given military status (see HELP MARSHAL). The calling channels and commands are documented in HELP CALLING. The channel is OO MILITARY or OOM for short. It cannot be eavesdropped and, take heed, it is not available to the Prince(ss), foreign Gods, aides to the Field Marshall, diplomats or any of the other ministers but IS available to the city patron (if one is chosen).
