Previous mines were laid by individual legions and ONLY the legion

laying the mine would be immune to its effects (apart from a very very

minor chance of accident). This has been changed. NOW it is

assumed that a legion loyal to a particular city or guild will be

informing all other legions from that city or guild of mines laid,

so its fellows will also not set them off. Thus, if a Parrian legion lays

mines, all other Parrian legions will know whereabouts. Likewise, if

a Mages Guild legion lays mines, all other Mages Guild legions will

know their whereabouts.
