8) REPARATIONS - The City of Springdale will provide Thakria with the following payments:

100,000 gold pieces a year for the first 5 years.

200 iron per year, for 12.5 years

50 balsa per year for 12 years once the health of the balsa tree's allows them to grow once again.

100 of the following: Silver, Copper, Tin, Adamant, Yarriol, and Leather which shall be payed within 5 years of the beginning of the treaty.

Also, by the end of the treaty 500 iron or alternatively 100 animals must also be payed to Thakria in addition to those mentioned above.
