The leaders of the Alchemists, Loremasters, Artisans and Craftmasters
guilds, along with the full support of two deities, have reached consensus
on proposed amendments to the way some of their skills operate. Essence
distillation is now required before essence can be used to mix potions. This
process is done in large vats contained in each of the four alchemical
guilds. From these vats, guildsmen fill their potion-mixing barrels and
from there continue to mix their potions as before.
Runes now require either a runekit or close proximity to a runebench for
fashioning. City fashioning of empty potion bottles is no more and has been
replaced by the ability to fashion wine-style bottles. Creation of empty
potion bottles is left to the professionals only. Other issues not suitable
for public revelation have also been addresed.
A note, therefore, relating to this evolution - specifically directed at
the leaders of the cities: you are entitled to purchase one public
runebench and place it (within reason) wheresoever you like within your
city walls. Speak with me if you wish to avail yourself of this
opportunity.
