Your suggestion to do away with the 15 second delay would, in my opinion, create more problems than it purports to solve.

For such a skilled individual as yourself, moving to a guild location should not take more than a couple of seconds. If this delay is unacceptable to you, then I have little sympathy.

Perhaps you could scream your challenge across Avalon instead? This would appear to have the effect you desire.
