Missed the issue. The kills from scatterspray in rituals do still give bloodlust.
The point, I think, was that rituals and other area effect skills hit regardless of bloodlust.
That being said, the only problem I see with Narissas newest whine is that if the skill itself isn't changed (which isn't likely) an lw effectively becomes a tool of war like Iceman pointed out. A group of villagers (parrians) can simply drag along their young forcing the mage to stop using scatterspray. The skill itself isn't the be all and all of mage combat, but certainly useful in multiple opponent situations wouldn't you say?
Lw's are babied quite a bit already. Nobody goes out of their way to cause harm or suffering to them on purpose. Everybody knows this to be a fact. Iceman doesn't wake up daily thinking, \"Gee, I really fancy slaughtering some youngins. Perhaps I can even drive a few of them away from Avalon! Muhahaha! \"
I mean, come on Narissa. NOBODY DOES THAT. TRY TO GET IT THROUGH YOUR THICK ASS SKULL. We all care about Avalon as much as you do, possibly even more.
And to answer your other point, Elmak, Narissa's main public relations weapon is a whine. She generally tries to court divine attention by mentioning customer treatment and losing potential subscribers. In the end, however, it is simply her own interests that matter to her. Just because you are not tired of it yet doesn't mean others can't be.
Sick and tired,
