I would first like to mention that my list of \"outlaws\" is very short and my
small size means that vast amount of the challanges are none of my business
and concern my betters, so I have no business involving myself in them. However
there are a few people out there for whom the options you have described no longer
apply. They forfeited their rights under your more reasonable system when they
repeatedly ambushed me or my friends. These people are typically my peers, give or
take a few skill levels, and knew full well what they were doing when they attacked me.
They will receive the consideration you have outlined when they have compensated me
for my losses. Call this, if you will, Gond's Law, and I will enforce it to the limit
of my power (shallow as that may be at this point).
The problem with taking advantage of the young and ignorant is that a few of them
might survive and grow enough to provide serious problems later on. Especially if
they group together to say enough is enough. To this group, standard courtesies extended
to the rest of Avalon will not be extended to this particular sub-species of enemy.
P. S. I appologize for the abbreviation of your name, but I have had no luck lately
addressing posts.
