There was NO mention of those people refusing or accepting challenges so I suggest you go back and read again.

Plaman, you say your skills have to be earned to allow you to sit in sewers or tree tops. To get access to a stock room you need a key or to be either a state or justice aide. Do the positions not need to be earned also? This argument could go further

, as to get a key you need either:

a) Lots of cash to bu your own shop

b) Be good at stealing stuff

c) Be good at begging

d) Have a good mind for business and be given a shop

Do all of these things not need to be worked on or earned???

Stop your whining the pair of you, Athena you go and give the Angel of Death a big hug and Plaman you go sit in your High Priest Chamber as you have earned the right too.
