Well, anything is possible if we believe it. Considering that all of avalon would benifit from not picking out herbs or poisons, then I don't know why it should be a problem. Every guild and individual have codes that they follow. I believe that if

we could all come up with way to control the picking of herbs and poisons, that all will agree to, then we could go to the Gods for the enforcement of agreement, for they are better suited to do so.

Perhaps this hasn't been done yet, but by working together to come up with a universal rule in regards to plant life in this great land, we insure that all have access to what they need or use. It only makes sense. That is all from this humble Druid
