As Imladris pointed out, mages have zero control over items charged with

magic spells. With ULT alchemy, loremasters \"essentially\" also have ULT

charming. the difference is we can focus the spells in items but cannot

cast them. Mages can cast them but cannot focus them. Items need to be

focused, charged and essenced. Loremasters can do all three. Mages, seers,

and sorcorers can essence only.
