Xavier is a citizen of Mercinae.
He is a member of the Astrologers Guild.
Xavier was an Astrologer, and Parrian for most of his life, though he fell upon hard times when he choose to challenge the power of Marie in Parrius, condemning her as dictator. He was forced into exile from his city and died soon after.
