Ulukai is a citizen of Thakria.
He is a member of the Warlocks Guild.
On the 21st day of Cloudburst 1013, he was initiated into the Warlocks Guild (under the mastery of Sensei Tetsuo, Samurai of Warlocks).
On the 19th day of Springflower 1013, he completed apprenticeship in the Warlocks guild and took the profession of the Mage.
He was welcomed into the Order of Xanthe on the 20th day of Paglost 1016.
He gains promotion to the order rank of a believer on the 13th day of Midsummer 1021.
