Tolam is an Alchemist, and has held office as Chancellor of Mercinae for a time due to his trustworthiness. He was one of the first followers of the god of time and is part of the third generation of early Avalonians.
He joined the Order of Genesis, the god of time on the 3rd of Mournsend 881 aDW.
