Tharmas raises an eyebrow as you look at him, his tanned features creasing into a smile as his piercing black eyes return your examination. His thick gem-studded alchemist's lorerobe swirls around him protectively, and you catch glimpses of a shining white-gold crucifix, a brooch bearing the symbols of sun and moon in partial eclipse, and a cameo of the great magician Abramelin the Mage, some of whose wizardry can still be found in the magic square at the Library of Ilmarael. His lorestave sends out a shining beacon of illumination, causing the stars on his cloak to scintillate in the form of the White Dragon. He holds up his hands, palms open towards you and two runic alchemical sigils appear before you, imbuing you with a deep sense of well-being and good luck.
