Shaltos is a citizen of Thakria.
He holds Initiate rank in the Sorcerers Guild.
On the 1st day of Cloudburst 1007, he was initiated into the Sorcerers Guild (under the mastery of Arikarr, Vampire of the Mists).
On the 22nd day of Agamnion 1008, he completed apprenticeship in the Sorcerers guild and took the profession of the Sorcerer.
He is known to be active in Avalon at this time.
