Santa can be considered to be without fixed abode but kinship with the Highlands most closely pinpoints his loyalties.

Santa is not a player like you nor an NPC like Yossarian or Juno in the battle training arena. Santa is a once-a-year benefactor, a Wintermas giver of gifts, an Avalon-flavoured manifestation of Father Christmas complete with a sleigh pulled by reindeer, bulging sacks of wrapped presents and a yearlong appetite for letters from those who've "been good" young, old or in-between, letting him know just what they (or whoever they're writing about) most wants to find as a present in the Wintermas stocking - or under the Christmas tree - or dropped in soft snow at their feet some winter night when least expected.
