Markus hails from the city of Mercinae.

Markus is a member of the Rangers Guild with Grand-Master and Elder statuss.

Markus was one of the first Rangers, and after the ordination of Maedhros and the departure of Ingold, became Guildmaster of that guild. He is widely skilled and his knowledge of Avalon is reasonably broad. However, poor Markus, has never excelled and never climbed to the dizzy heights many mortals have - he watches, from the forest, newborns rise and surpass him. One day, though, perhaps Markus will realise his potential and challenge for Ordination.
