Flogga is a citizen of Thakria.
He is a member of the Warlocks Guild.
On the 24th day of Hindyear 967, he was initiated into the Enchanters Guild (under the mastery of Enchanted Katherine the Phosphorous).
On the 16th day of Springflower 968, he completed apprenticeship in the Enchanters guild and took the profession of the Mage.
He was defeated by Alkadar in the election for Guildmaster of the Enchanters Guild on the 28th day of Midwinter 977.
On the 11th day of Midwinter 986, he was initiated into the Warlocks Guild (under the mastery of Lady Alecto von Ayslin).
He renounced citizenship of Parrius on the 11th day of Midwinter 986.
On the 11th day of Midwinter 986, he accepted citizenship of Thakria.
On the 13th day of Midwinter 986, he completed apprenticeship in the Warlocks guild and took the profession of the Mage.
