On the 25th day of Midsummer 968, he was initiated into the Knights Guild (under the mastery of Trell, Soulforger of Light).
He did not complete apprenticeship in the Knights Guild and on the 25th day of Midsummer 968 renounced its skills and ways.
On the 26th day of Midsummer 968, he was initiated into the Rangers Guild (under the mastery of Lilandrin the Lioness).
On the 27th day of Midsummer 972, he completed apprenticeship in the Rangers guild and took the profession of the Ranger.
He left the Rangers Guild on the 8th day of Springflower 1004.
