History
Catt Born: 14-1-1996
Catt is a citizen of Parrius.
He is a member of the Artisans Guild.
Catt has lived a long and chequered life as a citizen of both Springdale and Mercinae. He was born in Parrius but was persuaded to join Springdale by Tarkus. He worked hard for the city and gradually rose to the lofty position of Minister of State. His committment to a peaceful way of life, and tireless effort in the supply and maintenance of city goods, trade, possessions, in addition to his constant work equipping the young remains his defining characteristic. Catt is guildmaster of the Artisans Guild. However, Catt's ambitions and rigid opinions on city management and direction have led to numerous clashes with some of his fellows. Catt was ejected from Springdale after bitter altercactions with the city's government, wandering without city for a time before being welcomed into Mercinae. As a Mercinaen Catt continued much as before, transferring his steadfast approach to the new city. Before long Catt had been elected to a baronial post and was trusted with the Minister of Trade position. Unfortunately
lashes with other members of Mercinae's government have led to Catt losing his barony in election though his committment remains unwavering and undaunted. Finally dismayed with his Mercinaen rivals Catt moved over to Parrius and took up the Ministry of State. He has since run the gauntlet with Parrius and returned to Mercinae to try his hand again in the city of light.

On the 1st day of Mournsend 974, he accepted citizenship of Parrius.
He renounced citizenship of Parrius on the 22nd day of Ilmarael 986.
He was appointed as a Custodian of Parrius on the 3rd day of Mournsend 989.
He gains promotion to the order rank of a believer on the 4th day of Agamnion 1006.
On the 9th day of Agamnion 1017, he accepted citizenship of Mercinae.
He was elected onto the council of Mercinae on the 16th day of Eleuthral 1019.
He was elected onto the council of Mercinae on the 14th day of Paglost 1019.
He renounced citizenship of Mercinae on the 17th day of Ilmarael 1021.
On the 17th day of Ilmarael 1021, he accepted citizenship of Springdale.
He was ejected as a citizen of Springtown on the 19th day of Cloudburst 1038.
On the 16th day of Midwinter 1042, he accepted citizenship of Springtown.
He won the election for Guildmaster of the Artisans Guild, beating Allanon, on the 4th day of Mournsend 1048.
He renounced citizenship of Springtown on the 21st day of Mournsend 1048.
On the 21st day of Mournsend 1048, he accepted citizenship of Mercinae.
He won the election for Guildmaster of the Artisans Guild, beating Allanon, on the 3rd day of Paglost 1049.
On the 9th day of Midwinter 1052 he was cast out of the Order of Genesis, the god of time.
He was welcomed into the Order of Wraith on the 9th day of Eleuthral 1052.
He was defeated by Allanon in the election for Guildmaster of the Artisans Guild on the 14th day of Leaflost 1053.
He was awarded the status of guild elder on the 14th day of Leaflost 1053.
