Beren hails from the city of Mercinae.
Beren is a member of the Rangers Guild with Grand-Master and Elder statuss.
On the 22nd day of Hindyear 1069, he was initiated into the Rangers Guild (under the mastery of Ragar, Claws of the Sea).
On the 18th day of Agamnion 1071, he completed apprenticeship in the Rangers guild and took the profession of the Ranger.
He renounced citizenship of Springdale on the 29th day of Hindyear 1087.
On the 2nd day of Hindyear 1089, he accepted citizenship of Mercinae.
He was awarded the status of guild elder on the 15th day of Skyelong 1113.
He was welcomed into the Order of Castigere by Dunccan on the 20th day of Hindyear 1121.
