The Springdale/Parrius treaty refers to a 20 year peace between those two

cities and a 10 year otherwise. That ten years is up.

In future, concerns about treaties should be posted here or addressed to

the deity officiating (if appropriate) in person. Judgement on those

issues will then be posted here for all to see and understand.

Do not take interpretation too far into your own hands without at least

consulting a deity.
