The following is the treaty as proposed to Springdale by the Council of

Parrius:

First and foremost, peace shall we agreed between the cities for 20 years,

during which time neither city shall engage in any military activity against

the other. This includes both protection for each city's respective sphere's

of influence as they stand at the start of the treaty, as well as troop

engagements. Expires in 1096.

Further, Springdale and its guilds shall not be allowed to move any troops

outside of the city walls for a duration of 10 years.

However, as the primary crimes against Parrius were not perpetrated by the

entire city, Parrius in its benevolence will be happy to direct its

punishment at those responsible in the following ways:

Kelventari shall cease to benefit Springdalians within Parrius' city walls.

The guild of Prophets shall be unable to use portable stone's within Parrius.

The following people shall suffer a gradual loss to their health and mana and

give off a warning to all Parrians, whenever they set foot within Parrius:

Orinoko, Blueskull, Porthos, Ghandarin, Finbar, Pyrious and Gandalph.

Orinoko and Blueskull when stepping upon Parrian soil shall be afflicted with

random curses and poisons.

And finally, Orinoko shall be stripped of Princeship and be unable to regain

it for the duration of the treaty.

By decree of Lord Genesis, the peace and protection granted to Springdale, as

a city, shall be enjoyed for the whole period.
