1. TERM:

This treaty will last for 10 years, from 1st Springflower 1230 to 30th Cloudburst 1240, inclusive.

2. SOI:

2.1 Parrius will cede the towns of NASSAU, OGG, ARIADNE, KRISTANISTI, MORGANA'S RISE and ELEUTHERA to Springdale.

2.2 Lake Thrullmere, the River Timmin, River Callieton will remain as Parrian SOI, but will act as a natural boundary between the two cities.

3: CONDITIONS:

3.1 - Parrius and Springdale will not interfere with each other in any way, with regards to warfare.

3.2 - The Prophets guild will not be allowed to imprint, enslave or otherwise interfere with either Astrologer palantir or gain stone influence within Parrius city. Vice versa will also hold true.

3.3 - Theft between Springdale and Parrius is forbidden, with the exception of those in the Thief profession. Theft is defined as breaking and entering into personal homes, guildhouses, city commodity stores or council chambers with the malicious intent to fell staves, take belongings and/or commodities and slay CCCs.

3.4 - No runestaves are to be felled in each other's cities. This will be waived if agreed and actioned accordingly, for instance the removal of an offending stave in Springdale is requested of a Parrian Loremaster.

4: BREACH OF CONDITIONS:

Victims of breaches will be entitled to double compensation or a mutually agreed compensation of the two governments.
