The following post is the full and complete terms for the treaty of

Thakria and Mercinae, 1084.

1) TERM - The treaty will carry a term of 20 Avalon years. Expires 1104.

2) FORTIFICATIONS - Thakria will leave troops stationed on the Mercinae

Northgate Fortifications until the final payment of the REPARATIONS is paid

to Thakria in full. Mercinae will raise and not lower her Eastern and River

fortifications for the dura tion of the treaty.

3) TROOPS - No Mercinae City or Guild troops will be permitted to march

outside of the city limits and NO foreign troops will be permitted to march

INTO Mercinae for the duration of the treaty.

3b) Only the Thakrian troops left stationed on or north from the Northgate

fortifications will be excluded from this term of this treaty, and once the

final payment has been made Thakria will withdraw ALL troops from Mercinae

city limits within 1 Aval on year.

4) STAVES - Mercinaen citizens will not fell staves, or assist in the felling

of staves within Thakrian city limits.

5) TEMPLE - Mercinae will publicly appeal to Lord Apollo to remove his temple

from Thakria. Mercinae has 5 years for the temple to be moved, should they

fail in their appeal then Thakria has the right to build a statue to their

victory in Mercinae la

sting for the term of the treaty.

6) FAR ATTACK - The Mystics Guild will agree to a cession of all far attacking

and location bonding within Thakria's city limits for the duration of this

treaty.

7) NON INTERFERENCE - Mercinae will not interfere in the ploughing, planting,

and/or harvesting of ANY field marked by Thakria's flag for the duration of

this treaty. Likewise, Thakria will not interfere in the ploughing, planting,

and/or harvesting o f ANY field marked by Mercinae's flag for the duration of

this treaty. Thakria will not flag the 5 fields running east from the

location name 'Nearing Mercinae' for the duration of the treaty.

8) ARTISANS - Artisans who are currently citizens of Mercinae will have 6

Avalon months to either leave guild to join alchemists or leave the city of

Mercinae. Members of the Artisans guild may NOT hold citizenship of Mercinae

for the duration of the treaty.

9) REPARATIONS - Mercinae will pay reparation of the following to Thakria

within 3 years of the treaty signing:

Iron - 3000, Balsa - 1200, Wood - 500, Rope - 500.
