The only reason I can think of why your name was not on the list, is because your pacifism ended just before the last year ends (or before the new year starts) and you renewed it but didn't do enough quests afterwards to get even on the bottom of the list.

What i'm trying to say is, when your pacifism ends, you'll stop collecting points for the league quest. Your position in the league therefore will stay as it is until someone else beats you to it, or until you renew your pacifism and start questing again. This will automatically reset your point and you'll either dissapear from the league or end up at the bottom (depending on how much experience points the quests give).

When your points in the league reset, it will take a few quests to get back on the league (again, depending on the quest). You can check your position on the league at any time by checking LEAGUE. Keep checking it after each time you quest, and you'll get a rough idea of how much questing is needed to beat the next person on the list.
