I just want to make my voice heard on the issue of actively helping someone in a combat situation.

I must say that I don't think it is ethically right to help someone while in combat.

I haven'got any combat experience and I don't plan on getting any, but in theory I think it is wrong for a pacifist to help people that are in the middle of combat.

However, I think it is alright to help fighters etc. with potions, runes and supplying armours etc. just like Wyldefyre stated.
