Out of interest, couldnt something along the lines of the following be implemented, given as you get to play with this part of the enlisting process again?

Am posting here so others like me get a chance to comment...

For a pacifist, or Divinely Protected person for that matter, who wants to lead and enlist troops, the first check should be that they are either same Guild or same City as the man to be led.

Anyone attempting to lead foreign enlistees while pacifist (however they try it) would get the message as implemented that Aldaron isnt happy.

This puts a reasonable limitation on us, rather than the current 'dont be silly' one at the moment.
