The Ministry of Trade has undergone a fairly major update now, they have

their own ministerial building, located above the commodity markets of each

city (which are also fortified).

All the TRADE city commands can only be used from here, and trading caravans

will go from and to this new area with TR REQUEST, TR RETURN.

The building is a commodity store, and so the usual time limits and

restrictions apply for entry and remaining within.

With this change, Villages will resume producing essential and currently

unavailible commodities, though there price is not too cheap anymore.
