I would respectfully submit that the very point of a city's neutrality would be freedom of choice to love or hate who you choose within its walls. I would also submit that personal enmities have nothing to do with civic feeling, even if the person is
a Baron.
Furthermore, I would mention that I count Thakrians among my friends, but as Baron I fight for my own city's beliefs, never slaying my friends or trying to.
intolerance strikes me as a bit naive to think as you do, and therefore I choose to believe you know better and were merely angry when you posted.

The fact remains, a city with no position in war cannot be asked to curtail their citizens' freedoms. In short, Saphir was within his rights to pursue whatever personal vendetta he may have with you.
