Not to make light of the accusations against Julian, but one of the poisons

that I've found knights to use, at least against myself, is that which causes

paranoia. A common effect of this is to think you are being bonded when, indeed,

you are not. Since you generally don't know who is bonding you when you are being

attacked in said manner, and since you were fighting a knight, this could very

well be a possible explanation. Just a thought...
