Lets see. The point of pacifism is to not fight, to not cause others to die, and to gain a reprieve from such yourself. Least, that's what I thought. What Arthor was complaining about is directly against that idea.
Lets see if I can explain it in simple logic so you can understand it.
If a pacifist, who has various protections from fighters, chooses to kill someone else, as that was exactly the point of sealing a mine with someone inside, then they have violated the idea of pacifism. That simple.
