With a few exceptions, I have noticed that in or out of challenges, Thakrians will generally destroy their enemy's runes and weapons at any opportunity. I understand that this is because you are generally sneaky, underhanded sort of people, so I realize that this sort of behaviour is to be expected.

So far, I have personally refrained (with a few exceptions) from participating in this behaviour, but I can easily see things getting out of hand if I or those of my guild were to start returning the favour--or worse start destroying things just for the hell of it (or just because it would help our chances in a fight).

So I am making a one-time offer to negotiate. If someone from the Thakrian government wishes to negotiate (and can do so in good faith) with the bards guild concerning when things will or won't be destroyed I am all ears. If not, then I am sure I can find a way to be satisfied with the status quo.
