The Rangers Guildhouse in Springdale is quite reachable by troops, and has a front door. The door isn't even hidden for that matter! Considering how much time to spend in Springdale, I'm susprised you haven't stumbled upon it yet.

On that note, the Ranges do not currently hold a guildhouse in the city of Thakria nor Parrius. They were eliminated by Lord Damocles when your guild was formed.
