Yes, I had petitioned to have the Brigands guild move within a city's walls a while back. It was not responded to.

I figured since the rangers have guilds in 3 cities, a couple in the wild, all of which are virtually inaccessable by troops, since you can only swing to them to get in, that maybe, just maybe, my petition would be considered.

It was not.
