In all of Avalon's centuries, those who won gems have been allowed to keep them and use them. We all survived! I fail to understand why whining is so readily rewarded in the land these days. Over the nearly 10 years I have lived here, many have held gems - several holding multiple gems. When you have won a gem quest, it seems you should have control of the gem you won.

Has anyone considered how it will hamper those who have achieved gems when it comes to ordination to not have their gems now? If they do not know how to use them to their best benefit then it seems to me ordination becomes just another gem quest that is up-for-grabs rather than a contest between the best in the land.

I am tired of whiners being rewarded in the land!!!!
