It seems that Threap having won his Gems is providing everyone with a nice line of whinges.

While it may seem frustrating that he gets multiple advantages in a straight fight now, remember that Threap could beat pretty much all of you before he got any gems, and he would probably still be able to beat you if his Gems were taken away.

He won his Gem quests and was rewarded by the gods, it's up to the rest of us to improve our game now.
