Dwarfism is given by splashing the potion. Splashing takes balance. The same balance you would need to jab in order to get a herb delay.

How long was herb delay again? a second? and how long the time to ragain balance?

Dwarfism was already tweeked. I think its perfect like this. Seeing at all the nice ult+ skills other professions seem to have, I dont think we are favored with this 1 usefull skill.

But, hell, maybe the long awaited new skills in alchemy will finally make it possible for a loremaster to kill a decent knight...
