After testing (watching Threap ingest lots and lots of sata) it appears my original statement that sata stops the onset of dwarfism was a mistake (I've just been lucky, grin). However, I think changing the potion/cure so that a fast dose of sata would stop dwarfism before it starts would be a good change, improving the skill involved with the potion. Yes, I know that people would simply trigger the text, but look at shimmer as a parallel example. Far more deadly, and so, therefore, yes, seers have more
attacks to make triggering sata to shimmer text fairly ineffective. LMs though (if clever) could inhibit the prevention of dwarfism as well (ie witan/aldaka jabs to cause herb delay). The change from an inevitable result from the potion to a result based more on agile reactions of the person splashed and clever, thought out attacks by the LM - would ultimately result in a more exciting, skillful fight, with the result from the splash being far from certain.
