Problem is basically with the damage that staves do. Being pushed through them is a pain in the kilt. Especially when some lamer waits till you res and pushes by trigger knowing full fecking well that you have no time to set up a sata or use any other trick we may have up our sleeve.

Limiting number of staves is interesting. Could also be interesting if there were different types of staves. Maybe three staves as they are at the moment, and then a lesser number of smaller staves, easier to fell and not so many runes on them?

What if it took a loremasters mana to charge a stave and they needed recharged after being activated?

Now before people start whining that knight types have two swords etc etc etc, I'll confirm that you would be absolutely correct. But read back on the board. The same fecking topics come up over and over again, staves, splashing and how Blunty is infatuated with me. There will be a creative solution to fix two of those.

Personally I'd like to see more defences against splashing, like dodging. Why is it I can deftly avoid crossbow bolts travelling at crazy speeds but a twat loremaster with a perfume bottle and a vapouriser spray can lay me low? Quarri is the only defence against splashing and that's just not going to hack it in the middle of being jumped with their instant portal and splash sleep which cuts through insomnia and adrenalin in one nice move.

PS - pants follow up posting bemoaning how whiney/dumb/etc etc the previous poster was don't help. If I'm suggesting anthing that would throw the balance wildly out then please explain how and why.
